In a dry room:

0 - 7...........small constant vertical steam in centre of tile
8 - 15.........constant horizontal shot of steam
128............3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 0.25 second pause
248............3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 0.5 second pause
488............3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 1 second pause
968............3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 2 second pause
1448..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 3 second pause
1928..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 4 second pause
2408..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 5 second pause
2888..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 6 second pause
3368..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 7 second pause
3848..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 8 second pause
4328..........3-4 second horizontal shot of steam - 9 second pause

The steam comes out in the direction of the cone.
For steam in crawlspaces, steam emitters should be raised 2 clicks.
